He quoted 'Brindavanam' and 'Gaganam' as the best examples of it before announcing them as commercial hits. Trade reports say that, though 'Brindavanam' finally managed to recover the investment, it failed to generate profits. This is the reason that halted the flamboyant celebrations of 50days and 100 days functions of that movie.
