Athiloka Sundari Sridevi has already crossed fifty but is still maintaining a very good figure. After staying away from the showbiz for almost one and a half decade, Sridevi is now making her comeback with the film 'English Vinglish'. Gauri Shindey happens to be the director of the film. Surprisingly, Sridevi has never acted under any lady director in her career and this would be her first film in a lady director's direction. Though Sridevi was meant to make a comeback with 'Mr. India 2', for some reasons things had not worked as per the plan. Atlast, she chose Gauri's 'English Vinglish' for her re-entry. This film would start rolling from July 7th.
If sources are to be believed, Sridevi has been working hard to look slim and fit to play the female lead again. She has already lost oodles of weight and looking hot for her age. Sridevi has taken a leaf out of Hollywood actress who continues to play the lead roles even at the age of fifty. Even though Sridevi is ready to play the heroine role, we have to see if audiences are willing to see an old aunty as the heroine or not?
