According to sources, Allu Aravind waited for Allu Arjun to break into Tamil market before releasing 'Magadheera', but unfortunately Bunny's recent films started to bomb in Telugu. Therefore, 'Magadheera' Tamil release was pushed even further. Meanwhile, Charan didn't release 'Orange' in Tamilnadu as he wanted 'Magadheera' to be his launch pad in Tamil.
However, Allu Aravind was stubborn to hold 'Magadheera' further, which resulted in losing a few crores in Tamil market as Nagababu could not release 'Orange'. At last with Charan's pressure Aravind released 'Magadheera' in Tamil after two years from the release date of original. Expectedly, this 'old' film is getting lukewarm response from Tamil audience. Lookslike, Charan's dreams to make it big in Kollywood have been shattered with this. Allu Aravind will now happily launch his son in Tamil with 'Badrinath', which is going to have simultaneous release in Tamil along with Telugu version on June 10th.
